Cancellation policy
we highly value our client's time. we would like our clients to value our's as well...
For this reason, we have a FIRM booking and cancellation policy. A credit card may be REQUIRED to book any services. We kindly ask that our clients give us NO LESS than 48 hours to cancel appointments. This is still short notice, but we understand that things do happen. Failure to cancel prior to 48 hours, will result in a 50% charge of the full price of your appointment. Day of cancellations or “no-shows” will be charged 100%, and may also be terminated as a client if it happens repeatedly.
All FULL SET LASH EXTENSION appointments require a $100 deposit when booking. If you cancel your appointment within 3 weeks of the appointment date, you will forfeit the deposit.
